You may collect a registration form from us at the Club address at the Church Hall any Thursday evening between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. when classes are running.
PLEASE DO NOT POST applications to the Club address at the Church Hall as it has no facilities to accept post.
You may also register for courses:

Payment of the course fee of £75 (made payable to Hammersmith Dog Training Club) will be required to secure your place. If applying by post, your successful application will be acknowledged by post.
